Dhyana to fight our enemies who are present in the form of Ego, anger, Superego, frustration, jealousy, greed etc..
Yoga
A healthy body to keep all the vital energies corresponding within us and around us. A healthy body to fight the bacteria within and develop the immune system, the enemy outside.
Bhojana
“We are what we eat” . It is a scientifically proven fact that our food choices affect our heath. The old saying, we are what we eat, is true. Every cell in our body was created from the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe. In addition to nourishing our bodies, food also affects the quality of our lives, our appearance,
moods, weight, energy, the ageing process and our overall health and well-being. Ayurveda ,Sidda Homeopathy Medicine
Ayurveda, Sidda Homeopathy Medicine
TANTVA promotes ancient traditional medical treatment systems.
Ayurveda is the oldest surviving complete medical system in the world. Derived from its ancient Sanskrit roots – ‘ayus’ (life) and ‘ved’ (knowledge) – and offering a rich, comprehensive outlook to a healthy life, its origins go back nearly 5000 years. To when it was expounded and practiced by the same spiritual rishis, who laid the foundations of the Vedic civilisation in India, by organising the fundamentals of life into proper systems. Siddha medicine is one of the most ancient medical systems of India. Siddha is the mother medicine of ancient Tamils/ Dravidians of peninsular South India. The word Siddha means established truth. The persons who were associated with establishing such a Siddha school of thought were known as Siddhars.
